Terms and refunds
Singular Games is operated by Singular Labs, Israel. Contact: support@singular-labs.ai.
Free play
Every family gets free play each calendar month, counted across the parent and all of their children's devices. When it runs out, a game that is already open keeps going, and the next game opens again on the 1st of the next month or with a plan. Visitors without an account can try the games for a few minutes.
Plans
Family, Friend and Champion plans renew every month or every year until cancelled. Payments are handled by Whop, our merchant of record, which also charges any sales tax or VAT. Friends and Champions can put a name on the credits page; Champions also get early access to new games. Tips are one-time payments.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from Parent settings. Nothing more is charged, billing stops within 3 business days of the request, and play stays unlimited until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it:
- Israel. Under the Consumer Protection Law, a plan bought online can be cancelled within 14 days of buying it. Cancelling a shekel plan from Parent settings in that time ends it at once and refunds the payment, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- European Union and United Kingdom. Play starts right away, so at checkout you ask for that and acknowledge that it waives the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Tips are not refundable.
What we keep about children
Children have no account. A parent signs in with Singular Labs and adds each child with a name of their choosing, picks the child's games and sets up the child's devices. For each child we keep that name, their games, favourites and recently played games, their devices (when each was last used) and the family's play time each month.
To show a parent the skills their child is building, a child's device sends numbers about each game it plays: how long the child played, rounds, rounds won and lost, tries that worked, tries that didn't, and tries after a miss. Never anything a child types, says or draws, and nothing about the device. Only the child's own parent sees it, in Parent settings, as words about each skill. It is kept for 8 weeks, and it goes as soon as the parent clears the child's play history, turns off learning from the child's play, or removes the child. The answers to "Help me choose" pick games and are not kept.
So a parent can see and limit how long their child plays, a child's device also reports, every 30 seconds while a game is on screen, which game it is and the device's time zone. We keep only the minutes per game per day, for 8 weeks, whether or not learning from play is on; they go when the child is removed. Only the child's own parent sees them, in Parent settings.
If a parent marks what their child is going through now (like bedtime, a new baby or a doctor's visit), we keep only that choice and when it ends, use it only to put gentle games first on that child's shelf, never show it on the child's device or to anyone else, and delete it when it ends (after six weeks unless the parent keeps it) or when the parent takes it off. A child added through the care gift starts with hospital, doctor and feeling sick marked for a year.
A family that asks for the care gift for a child in treatment also writes the child's name, ID or passport number, hospital, city and illness on the care form; a hospital link's form has the hospital and, if given, the reason. We keep the ID or passport number, city, hospital, illness and reason for 90 days, to check the forms, and then delete them by themselves; the parent can delete them sooner in Parent settings. The child's name, the country and the gift stay. A form whose parent never finished signing in is deleted after 7 days.
We never sell or share anything about a child, show no ads and use no trackers. To see or delete what we keep, use Parent settings or write to the address above.
